Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 17, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to MyStudio ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we may share it, and how we handle it when you use the MyStudio web application and related services.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, password, system role, studio-related information, and basic account settings.
- User content: files, audio, video, images, documents, project metadata, comments, notes, messages, and other content that you upload to or create in MyStudio.
- Technical and operational data: IP address, device and browser type, system logs, diagnostic data, and application usage data.
3. Google Services Integration (Google API Services)
MyStudio offers optional integration with a Google account, especially Google Calendar. This integration is activated only when the user explicitly enables it.
- What Google data we use: the list of calendars available in the user’s account and events in the calendar selected by the user.
- Purpose of use: we use this data only to display the list of calendars, allow the user to choose the target calendar, and create, update, and delete events related to scheduling in MyStudio.
- Scope of access: MyStudio uses only the permissions necessary to read the calendar list and manage events. We do not request broader permissions to manage entire calendars unless required for a specific feature.
- Storage: we store technical data required for the connection and synchronization only to the extent necessary to operate the integration.
- Sharing: we do not disclose Google user data to unauthorized third parties. Sharing may occur only if necessary to operate the service or required by law.
- Advertising and sale of data: we do not sell Google user data and we do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing targeting.
- AI / model training: Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not used to train, improve, or develop generalized AI/ML models. Google data is not sent to MyStudio AI features.
- Disconnecting the integration: the user can disconnect their Google account integration at any time, which stops further synchronization.
- Limited Use: MyStudio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Protection and Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and Google user data.
- Data transmitted between the user and the service is protected using secure HTTPS/TLS connections.
- Access to data is restricted to authorized systems and authorized persons who need it to operate and administer the service.
- We use access controls and operational security procedures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data.
- We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide application features, comply with legal obligations, and protect the legitimate interests of the operator.
5. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data primarily to:
- operate, maintain, and improve MyStudio features such as project management, audio playback, scheduling, and public profiles,
- provide synchronization with Google Calendar when the user enables it, including two-way synchronization of relevant events,
- send system alerts and email notifications,
- ensure security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention,
- support optional AI features within MyStudio. If third-party AI services are used for a particular feature, only the data necessary for that feature is used. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not used to train or improve generalized AI/ML models.
6. Sharing of Your Data
We do not share your data with third parties except in the following cases:
- Service providers: we use providers of hosting, file storage, notifications, and, where necessary for a specific feature, AI services. These providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service.
- Legal obligations: where required by applicable law, a court, or a public authority.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU, you may have the right under applicable law to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing. You may exercise your rights using the contact email below.
