1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyStudio application, a comprehensive tool for project management and collaboration tailored for creative, recording, film, design, and architecture studios. By registering for or using the application, you agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts and Hierarchy

MyStudio utilizes various user roles (Superadmin, Administrator, User/Technician, Customer). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Customers are granted access exclusively to projects and data explicitly shared with them by a specific studio.

3. Intellectual Property and User Content

• Your Ownership: All rights to the materials you upload to the application (audio recordings, video, designs, texts, images) remain your property or the property of your clients. MyStudio claims no copyright over your content.
• License to MyStudio: By uploading content, you grant us the necessary technical license to store, host, playback, and display it within your instance of the application (e.g., in a project feed or on your public profile).
• You are strictly prohibited from uploading content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties or is illegal in nature.

4. Public Studio Profiles

MyStudio allows creators to publish a public profile (portfolio, references, samples). The user is fully responsible for the content published on their public profile and warrants that they have the right to share this content (including client work samples) publicly.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The application includes AI-powered features, such as automated summaries of project activity. These outputs are provided solely to simplify navigation and overview. MyStudio is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the AI-generated text, and we recommend manually verifying important project milestones.

6. Service Availability and Archiving

We strive to ensure continuous availability of MyStudio. However, we reserve the right to temporarily limit access for maintenance (e.g., deploying new versions of our .NET server). Closed projects can be moved to the Archive; the User is primarily responsible for the permanent backup of source files.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyStudio is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business interruption of your studio resulting from the use of our platform.

8. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We reserve the right to modify these terms; we will inform you of significant changes via system announcements (in-app notifications or email).
